Refund policy

Cancellations received 5 or more days prior to service start date (e.g., paid event or confirmed reservation check-in date) qualify for a full refund, less applicable credit card processing fees. No refunds are available for cancellations within 4 days or later. This helps us manage availability fairly for everyone in our community.
